1. Gently clean the area being treated (unless advised otherwise by your specialist). We recommend cleaning first with our Active Recovery Micellar Water.

2. Apply a thin layer of the balm 4-5 times a day or as needed for the first 14 to 21 days (depending on the area being treated). Keep sealed when not in use.
